The Best Kosas Products You Need To Try
Unless I'm going to a dinner or an event, my daily makeup routine – and while I'm traveling - is pretty much "No Makeup, Makeup Look." And Kosas' product line is perfect for that – effortless, nourishing, and natural. I have been a fan of Kosas since I got the Tinted Face Oil, which is my everyday foundation. So, I was very excited when they sent me their other products for me to try.
Kosas is currently having a summer sale! Don’t miss it - The sale ends 6/10/21 at 11:59PM PST
Here are my top picks from Kosas
Kosas Tinted Face Oil
Shade: 3.5
My introduction to Kosas was through their Tinted Face Oil, and what a great intro! The face oil has made it to my list of makeup essentials, and I have been using it non-stop. Besides using it on my day-to-day, I have also taken it with me on my travels, and it performed beautifully in different weather conditions. In hot and humid weather, the tinted face oil didn't break up and kept my oily skin mostly under control – which says a lot. In cold temperature, the face oil kept my skin hydrated. Kosas Tinted Face Oil has a natural satin finish – if you like the glass skin type of look, keep reading, and I will tell you which product will give you that look. On a more personal note, I have a patch of eczema on my forehead that refuses to go away and have had to steer clear from foundations and cc creams. Still, surprisingly, the Kosas Tinted Face Oil keeps it under control – no itch, flake, or redness!

Kosas Color & Light Palette
Color: Tropical Equinox
I'm in love with Kosas Color & Light Palette in Tropical Equinox! The bronzer is a beautiful warm peachy color that could also be used as a blush. And if I'm looking for an effortless look, I apply it on my eyes too. It can do no wrong. The highlighter is what sealed the deal for me. The creamy product gives the most natural yet wet dewy look – like skin glass! I have been looking for something like this for the longest time, and I'm so happy I have finally found it.

Kosas Kosasport Lipfuel
Color: Rush
The Kosasport LipFuel lives in my purse. It's moisturizing and adds a subtle brush of color that goes well with everything. You may not notice how nourishing it is until after a few uses. The consistency may be similar or a tad thicker than the Fresh Sugar Lip Balm, but not as sticky.
Update: After months of use, I still love it and just bought three more to restock during their summer sale!

Kosas Revealer Concealer
Shade: 3.5
The Kosas concealer was the product I looked forward to trying the most. I have yet to find my holy grail of concealer, and although I have a few that I like, none has everything I'm looking for - hence the 10 barely used concealers I own. After trying Kosas, concealer, I think I may have found the one - if only I can find a shade that matches me.
The formula is spot on with what I've been searching for - creamy but doesn't crease, doesn't budge, light to medium coverage, isn't drying, dewy, and it looks like my skin! My only complaint is that the shade 3.5 – Kosas recommends matching your tinted oil shade – is actually darker than the tinted oil. I just purchased the shade 2 and 3, and hopefully, one of them is a match. But I read a reviewer on Sephora that says she is a 3.5 on the tinted oil but uses shade 1 on the concealer. So make sure you get a shade or two lighter to use under the eyes.
Update: Shade 3 turned out to be a perfect match! It's slightly pinkier and lighter than the shade 3.5 - who knew after years of sesarching for a yellow tone concealer, I would go for the pinkier one. Shade 2 worked as well, but I prefer concealers that match me vs a lighter one that many people prefer.
TLDR: If you are a 3.5 on the Tinted Oil and like a close match, get the shade 3 on the Concealer. If you like your concealer lighter, go for shade 2.

Kosas Weightless Lip Color Lipstick
Color: Stardust
I really enjoy Kosas Lip Color Lipstick formula. It's creamy, lightweight, and moisturizing. The color Stardust is a warm pink, medium-sheer, but buildable color – great for anyone with yellow/olive undertones. It's the perfect lipstick to keep in your purse for an effortless pick-me-up.

After trying most of Kosas' products – except for their new baked bronzer – I honestly think there wasn't a product that I could say it was a miss. I mean, not every product can make it to the Top list, or it would just be a list of every product from Kosas!
With that in mind, here are my thoughts on the rest of the products that I’ve tried as well.
- 10 Second Eye Shadow – I love how easy it is to use and blend. It literally takes a few seconds to apply. I would like to see it in more colors and in a matte formula.
- Color & Light Press Powder – Love the color Longitude Zero. It is a little powdery, but blends beautifully and has great staying powder. I just love the cream version so much more.
- Lip Oil Gloss – It's a fabulous lip gloss, very hydrating and looks beautiful, I just don't wear gloss too often. But if you do, you will really like it.
If you are planning on getting Kosas top must-have, I highly reocommend getting the The Clean Start Set: Tinted Skincare Lineup for $96 (value $107). It comes with Foundation + Concealer + Setting Powder
Another great set to get is the Build-Your-Own Wet Lip Trio for $59 (value $66) . It comes with the 3 Full-Size Plumping Lip Glosses.
I'm excited to see that clean beauty brands are killing it in the industry. Long gone are the days when clean cosmetics meant compromising performance. If you are into natural, effortless, and clean beauty, give Kosas a try! Have you tried any of their products before?
